KNIT FOR CHARITY!

ARE YOU OVERFLOWING WITH YARN?  IS YOUR STASH OUT OF CONTROL?
USE SOME OF IT TO HELP OTHERS!

A GOOD YARN is continuing to collect yarn, needles and other unwanted knitting accessories for the KNITTING CONNECTION.  The Knitting Connection is an organization of dedicated members who knit for homeless shelters and other deserving groups.  Visit their website at http://www.theknittingconnection.org/ to find out all about their good works and what you can do to help.  Please feel free to drop off items any time during store hours Tuesday - Sunday.

For the second year in a row, Brookline Keeps Smiling's KNITTING FOR VETERANS is another project we are actively supporting.  Donate knitted hats, scarves, mittens or afghans and they will be delivered to local veterans and their families in need.  Items can be dropped off at Bank of Canton, 166 Harvard Street and Fast Frame, 1628 Beacon Street, both in Brookline.
Drop off deadline is Tuesday, November 15, 2011.
